How do you guarantee a great clean?
We use our 42 step cleaning checklist, which is left behind after each cleaning. This checklist gives step by step instructions of the cleaning process. This allows all of our clients to know what to expect, and ensures our concierges never miss a step!
Not 100% satisfied? We’ll come back and re-do the cleaning for free!
Are your concierges verified and safe?
Yes, all our concierges have passed their background checks and verification process, and completed our highly selective CC training module.
Do I have to be home?
It’s all up to you! About half our clients are home, and the other half leave any special instructions on our to-do list.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
Yes! Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.
Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the concierge is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.
Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents.
Customer has 14 days to report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 14 days customer assumes liability.
Let us know how we are doing. Complete the Customer Service Evaluation that is left at the time of service. We appreciate your feedback and use it to help improve our services!
How often will you clean my home?
Home cleaning services are available weekly, every other week or monthly. Each customer has different needs, so let us know what method work best for you!
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We accept bank transfers, or cash. We make it super easy to pay, and we’re now looking into payments online.
